Action Restoration is suing two Jasper residents for causing an automobile collision with one of its drivers.
Action Restoration and Todd Bryson filed suit against Ariel and Wesley Wood on Oct. 26 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 26, 2009, Bryson was operating an Action Restoration vehicle on the feeder road of Eastex Freeway in Beaumont when Ariel Wood, operating a vehicle owned by Wesley Wood, caused an automobile collision.
The suit accuses Ariel Wood of negligently failing to operate the vehicle in a safe manner and failing to keep a proper lookout.
Action Restoration is suing for economic damages.
Bryson is suing for his lost wages and medical expenses.
Attorney James E. Wimberley of McPherson, Hughes, Bradley, Wimberley, Steele and Chatelain in Port Arthur represents them.
Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, is assigned to the case.
