A driver and the passengers in her vehicle have filed a suit for injuries they received in an automobile collision.
Lakisha Simpson, Mary Chretien and Gloria Jones filed suit against David Carrillo-Canales and Martin Salazar on March 20 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Jan. 29 Simpson was driving a 2011 Toyota Camry with Chretien and Jones as her passengers. They were traveling west on SH 87 and had stopped at a red light at 9th Avenue when Carrillo-Canales rear-ended them.
