Creekwood Court is suing a former employee, Robert Strahan, for allegedly stealing tenant deposits.
The suit was filed May 11 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, Strahan, while employed by Creekwood, stole tenant deposits and rental monies belonging to the company.
The suit does not give dates of employment, state when the alleged thefts occurred or say how much was stolen.
Creekwood is suing for actual damages.
The plaintiff is represented by attorney Michael Lindsay of the Beaumont law firm Lindsay, Lindsay & Parsons.
Judge Gary Sanderson, 6oth District Court, is assigned to the case.
