Lawsuit filed over alleged injuries caused in collision

A minor seeks payment for damages he claims he incurred during a collision.

Jacob D. Bastian, a minor, filed a lawsuit through K.N. Huckabee in Jefferson County District Court on Sept. 19 against Terry Lynn Dunaway.

In his complaint, Bastian alleges he sustained unspecified injuries in a collision that occurred on Nov. 24.

Bastian does not say how the collision occurred or what injuries he sustained because of it.

He does seek actual and exemplary damages, plus costs, pre- and post-judgment interest and other relief to which he is entitled.

Keith M. Fletcher of Simmons and Fletcher in Houston will be representing him.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
