March 26

• Abarta v. Sensics Inc. Case No. 2:13-cv-00233

Abarta is a limited liability company with its principal place of business in Longview.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 7,224,326 issued May 29, 2007, for Virtual Reality System.

Abarta is asking the court to issue an injunction and an award of damages, treble damages, interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.
