A Jefferson County woman claims her minor daughter incurred medical costs after she was involved in a collision.
Stacie Clark filed a lawsuit June 17 in Jefferson County District Court against Jennifer Dixson.
In her complaint, Stacie Clark claims her daughter, Hope Clark, was riding in a vehicle on Feb. 26, 2012, when Dixson struck it.
In addition to her medical costs, Hope Clark suffered physical impairment, physical pain and mental anguish because of the collision.
In her complaint, Stacie Clark seeks a judgment within the jurisdictional limits of Jefferson County District Court, plus pre-judgment interest at the maximum rate allowed by law, post-judgment interest at the legal rate, costs and other relief the court deems just.
