Orange tx fox run apartments

Orange County resident Glenda Taft has brought a trip-and-fall lawsuit against Fox Run Apartments, Orange Leased Housing Associates I and Dominium Management Services.

The suit was filed Oct. 1 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on May 3 Taft was a resident of Fox Run, which is owned by OLHA I and operated by Dominium, when she allegedly stepped into a hole on the walkway and fell.

The fall was also caused by a lack of lighting, the suit claims.

The suit further accuses the defendants of negligently failing to maintain a safe walkway.

The plaintiff is suing for her alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment and lost wages.

Attorney B. Adam Terrell of Weller, Green, Toups and Terrell in Beaumont represents the plaintiff.

Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, is assigned to the case.
