Groves local Ted Brack is suing Infinity County Mutual Insurance Co., seeking to recover underinsured motorist benefits under his policy.
The suit was filed Oct. 8 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Feb. 26, 2012, Brack was the driver of a vehicle driven by Kahila Freese.
The suit does not state how or where the collision occurred.
Brack was covered by Infinity Insurance at the time of the incident is says in his suit that he is entitled to recover uninsured and underinsured benefits under his policy.
He has suffered alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment and lost wages.
Attorney Paul Ferguson Jr. of the Provost Umphrey Law Firm represents him.
Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court, is assigned to the case.
