Galveston County residents sue after rear end collision

A rear end collision on Blackhawk Boulevard results in a lawsuit.

Donna Marie Hrtica filed a lawsuit Feb. 11 in the Galveston County District Court against Teah Lynette Pressly, citing negligence and negligence per se. 

According to the complaint, on April 23, 2012, Pressly's vehicle struck the rear end of Hrtica's vehicle while stopped at a red light in the 1500 block of FM 2351 of Blackhawk Boulevard, Friendswood. The plaintiff states the defendant's negligence caused the plaintiff's injuries and damages.

The plaintiff is seeking damages not to exceed $200,000.

She is being represented in the case by attorney Michael G. Martinez.
