A Jefferson County woman is suing a woman she claims crashed into her vehicle.
Kathleen Mobley filed a lawsuit Feb. 25 in the Jefferson County District Court against Debra S. Antich, citing negligence.
Mobley claims that on Sept. 13, 2012, Antich failed to yield right of way as she pulled out of a private drive, causing a collision with Mobley's car. According to the brief, Mobley sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident.
Mobley is seeking damages, interest, attorney's fees and court costs.
She is being represented by Beaumont attorney Ryan C. Scott of The Scott Law Firm PLLC.
