A woman rear ended in Beaumont is suing over alleged injuries.
Deborah Thibodeaux filed suit against Steven McNeese and Kentwood Brick and Tile Manufacturing Co. Inc. in the Jefferson County District Court on March 6.
Thibodeaux says she was stopped in the 3200 block of Corley Street in Beaumont when she was rear ended. McNeese, who was apparently pulling a tractor-trailor at the time, failed to stop in time and caused the collision, according to the filing.
Thibodeaux claims to have been severely injured in the accident and is suing McNeese and his employer, Kentwood, for negligence.
Thibodeaux is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
She is being represented by attorney Fletcher F. Cockrell of Smith and Hassler Attorneys at Law in Houston.
