Highlands residents sue after motorcycle crash

A Dallas county resident is facing suit after allegedly causing a motorcycle accident.


John Doiron, Pamela Doiron and Gerald Doiron filed a lawsuit March 10 in the Galveston County Court against Carla Deann McDonald, citing negligence and negligence per se. 


The complaint states on March 13, 2012, John Doiron was driving his motorcycle in Galveston when McDonald turned her car into the path of John Doiron.


As a result of the defendant's alleged negligence, the plaintiff sustained crippling injuries, according to the complaint.


The plaintiffs are seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.


They are being represented in the case by attorney I. Nelson Heggen.
