An Orange County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a car collision.
Brittney Wilson filed a lawsuit March 13 in the Jefferson County District Court against Emily Reed, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 6, Wilson was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Reed on Eastex Freeway in Beaumont when it began to rain and Reed rear-ended another vehicle, injuring the plaintiff.
Wilson is seeking no more than $100,000 in damages.
She is being represented in the case by attorney David E. Bernsen and Christine L. Stetson of The Bernsen Law Firm.
