A Texas corporation is suing, alleging breach of contract and nonpayment.
Presto Drapery Service Inc., doing business as Presto Maintenance Supply Inc., filed a lawsuit April 2 in the Galveston County Court against Kingwood/Community II LTD and Green Meadows FREMF-2010-K6 LLC, citing breach of contract and foreclosure of mechanics lien.
The complaint states Presto Maintenance Supply and Kingwood contracted for the sale of materials. The plaintiff states it delivered the materials to the defendant’s apartment buildings, but alleges the defendant has failed to pay Presto Maintenance Supply in full. Currently, the defendant owes the plaintiff $6,430.39, according to the suit.
Presto Maintenance Supply is seeking $6,430.39, interest, an order of foreclosure of plaintiff’s lien, an order of sale and writ of possession and fees.
The plaintiff is being represented in the case by Robert Bondurant of Bondurant Law PLLC in San Antonio.
