Tow truck driver, company sued after rear end crash

A Harris County woman is suing over claims she sustained injuries after an automobile accident. 

Patricia Lucio filed a lawsuit April 4 in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Aburamadan Enterprises Inc. and Mateen Ahmad, citing negligence. 

According to the suit, On March 29 Lucio was traveling south on Hillcroft towards Richmond Avenue in Houston and stopped at a red light. She alleges the defendant Ahmad was not paying attention to the traffic around him and failed to stop at the red light, resulting in Lucio's car being rear-ended and Lucio hitting the car in front of her.

Lucio is seeking damages in accordance with the evidence, interest and court costs.

She is being represented in the case by Houston attorneys John Daspit and Robert Bam Greiwe of Daspit Law Firm.
