Houston resident sued for failing to stop at red light, resulting in accident

A Texas resident is suing a Houston driver after being involved in an automobile accident.


Lacy Hill filed a lawsuit April 8 in the Galveston County Court against Tina Ho, citing negligence. 

The complaint states Hill was driving her automobile on Nov. 16, when Ho failed to stop at a red light and struck the plaintiff's automobile, causing injuries and damages. The plaintiff alleges the defendant was negligent.

Hill is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.

She is being represented in the case by Kelly P. Forester of Matthews & Forester.
