Larson, Judith Johnson, Honorable Suzanne Covington of the 201st Judicial Court of Travis County, Railroad Commission of Texas, David Lovelady, Susan German, Victor G. Carrillo, Charles R. Noonan says he and his wife were later evicted.

Noonan is seeking judgement that a previous $37,000 lien against him be held in escrow until a jury trial is held.
