Man sues after rear-end traffic collision

Rearend crash

A man is suing another driver after being injured in a rear-end collision.


Dunstan Marsh Jr. filed a lawsuit April 15 in the Jefferson County District Court against Joseph Lockwood, citing negligence. 


The lawsuit states Marsh was traveling west in the 1900 block of Ninth Avenue in Port Arthur on March 13, when he was struck from behind by Lockwood’s vehicle. Marsh sustained severe personal injuries and damages, according to the complaint.


Marsh is seeking compensatory and exemplary damages, pre and post-judgment interest, court costs and all other general relief.


He is being represented by Brian Beckcom of Vujasinovic & Beckcom PLLC.
