According to the filing, George has agreed to transfer his settlement payments on July 1, 2017, through Jan. 1, 2023, to Applicant Access Funding. The 12 scheduled payment transfers range from $2,000 to $8,000 for a total value of $52,000, according to the application.

George executed a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated on or about July 17 in which he agreed to assign and transfer the assigned payments to transferee access funding and/or its successors and assigns, the suit states. The transfer is in the best interest of George, taking into account the welfare and support of his dependents.
