A bank has filed suit against a man whom it alleges owes the bank more than $10,000.
Wells Fargo Bank alleges it provided a line of credit to defendant Marc S. Fulk. Fulk borrowed money Sept. 13, 2013, according to the complaint filed Aug. 21 in Jefferson County District Court.
Since then, however, Fulk has failed to repay the loan, the suit states.
"As a result of defendant's default, there is now due, owing and unpaid from defendant to plaintiff the amount of $10,397.66," the complaint says.
In its complaint, Wells Fargo seeks the money it alleges Fulk owes, plus attorney fees, costs and other relief the court deems just.
Mark Rechner and Thomas M. Sellers of Vincent, Lopez, Serafino and Jenevein in Dallas will represent Wells Fargo.
