Woman claims injuries in collision

A Harris County woman claims she sustained injuries in a collision.

Noelia Ramos filed a lawsuit Aug. 27 in Jefferson County District Court against Clarence Matthew Moore and S.L. Parker Partnership.

In her complaint, Ramos claims she was riding in a vehicle that was traveling in Port Arthur on Jan. 23 when Moore, who was driving for defendant S.L. Parker Partnership, struck the automobile in which she was riding.

Due to the collision, Ramos incurred medical costs; experienced physical pain, mental anguish and suffering; and endured physical impairment, according to the complaint.

Ramos accuses Moore of negligence.

In her complaint, Ramos seeks a judgment of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million, plus costs, pre- and post-judgment interest at the legal rate and other relief the court deems just.

Scott C. Lannie of the Law Offices of Scott C. Lannie in Baytown will be representing her.
