Company seeks foreclosure after man allegedly failed to make 21 monthly payments

A company has filed an application for a court order to allow a foreclosure after a Beaumont man allegedly failed to make 21 monthly payments on a loan.

Ovation Services seeks a foreclosure against Joseph Durousseau III of 1955 Leiper St. in Beaumont after he failed to pay a debt, according to an application filed Aug. 29 in Jefferson County District Court. 

As of Aug. 27, 2014, Durousseau missed 21 monthly payments, racking up a bill of $4,581.85, the suit states.

"The total amount to pay off the loan agreement, contract or lien is $10,780.14," the complaint says.

In its complaint, Ovation Services seeks a court order to foreclose on the loan agreement.

It will be represented by J. Christopher Creel and William Jordan Gunkel of The Law Firm of Daniel J. Young in Austin.
