Man says he was injured while working on vessel

A Texas man is suing over claims he was injured while working with heavy equipment on a vessel.

Cody Key filed a lawsuit Oct. 17 in the Galveston County District Court against Skansi Marine, citing negligence.

According to the complaint, Key was employed by Skansi Marine working with heavy equipment on the vessel Nick L. Skansi while it was in navigable inland waters outside Texas on Aug. 6, when he sustained injuries to his back and neck.
