A Louisiana-based company which performed certain duties and services to a Texas-based company is suing over an allegedly unpaid invoice for services rendered.
Extreme Energy Services, LLC, filed suit Aug. 18 in the Houston Division Circuit Court against EOG Resources, Inc.
Extreme is a thru-tubing, fishing, milling, under reaming and mud motor provider that was hired on to perform certain work and furnish certain services to EOG at various locations throughout South Texas over the course of March of 2012.
On October 12th, three invoices were issued for services rendered, and that amount has allegedly remained unpaid.
The plaintiff is suing in the amount of $191, 687.05, plus interest, court and lawyer costs, and other related expenses for breach of contract.
