SHERMAN — A licensed vocational nurse is suing a Richardson health care business, alleging failure to pay overtime.
James Fincher of Ellis County filed a lawsuit Feb. 16 in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Salus Home Health Solutions LLC of Richardson, Larry Irwin and Mary Irwin, alleging failure to pay overtime.
According to the complaint, between August 2013 and Jan. 15, 2015, Salus Home Health Solutions did not properly track hours worked by the plaintiff and failed to pay him overtime wages.
Fincher seeks compensation for actual damages and unpaid wages, plus all recoverable costs and fees. He is represented by attorney Douglas B. Welmake of Dunham & Jones, P.C. in Austin.
