Banking association accuses multiple entities of contract breach

GALVESTON — A banking association is suing multiple defendants, alleging they owe nearly $100,000 combined.

Texas First Bank filed a lawsuit July 13 in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Raza Services LLC, MDM Inc., Ambreem Amir and Amir Raza, alleging breach of contracts. 

According to the complaint, Texas First has not recover full payments under the terms of the first lien note in an amount of $62,274.86 and of the MDM note for $35,707.21. The plaintiff alleges the defendants have failed to pay the outstanding and unpaid balance due.

Texas First Bank seeks a trial by jury, damages on the first line note against Raza of $62,274.86 and damages on the MDM note of $35,707.21, for a total $97,982.07, attorney fees, legal costs and such other relief to which it is justly entitled. It is represented by attorney Kyle L. Dickson of Murray Lobb PLLC in Houston.
