DALLAS - John Henderson, a leading litigator in matters involving complex scientific issues, has joined McGuireWoods’ Product and Consumer Litigation Department as a partner in Dallas, where he will advise clients across industries in high-stakes product liability and mass tort litigation, according to a firm press release.
Henderson — who came to McGuireWoods from Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker — has acted as national and regional trial and coordinating counsel for automotive, pharmaceutical, medical device and chemical manufacturers, cross-examining scientific witnesses and preparing scientific experts for trial.
He advises on crisis communications and media relations strategy surrounding high-profile litigation. He also represents clients in commercial disputes, including franchise/distributor and business tort matters.

With more than 40 years of litigation experience, Henderson is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
