FIRST-CLASS MONITORING, LLC V. USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK 6:17-cv-00629-RWS-KNM

Plano-based First-Class Monitoring is the plaintiff.

It asserts ownership of U.S. Patent No. 6,014,089, of which it claims was infringed upon.

It is represented by attorneys Richard C. Weinblatt and Stamatios Stamoulis of the law firm Stamoulis & Weinblatt LLC in Wilmington, Del.
