According to the complaint, while approaching the entrance of the store, Green tripped over a large crack between the door and stoop. This crack created an uneven walking surface that posed a significant tripping hazard. The plaintiff asserts that Love’s Travel Stops failed to maintain safe premises for its patrons by not addressing this dangerous condition or providing adequate warnings about it. As a result of this alleged negligence, Green sustained serious injuries.
Green's legal team argues that Love’s Travel Stops had both actual and constructive knowledge of the hazardous condition.
