HOUSTON – A Utah corporation alleges a Harris County man failed to pay for work it performed at his property.
Expert Restoration Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the Harris County District Court against Royce Johnson alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it performed certain remediation work at defendant's home as required under an agreement.
The plaintiff holds Johnson responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and continues to refuse to pay plaintiff's completed work.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of not more than $100,000, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other lawful and equitable relief. It is represented by David A. Buono II of Savrick, Schumann, Johnson, McGarr, Kaminski & Shirley in Austin.
