Impact Energy LLC alleges it is owed more than $74,000 from Gulf Coast Operations

GALVESTON – A Crystal Beach company alleges that a Galveston County business has filed to pay invoices.

Impact Energy LLC, also known as Impact Midstream LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 18, 2017, in the Galveston County District Court against Gulf Coast Operations LLC, formerly known as Coastland Operations, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 5, 2008, the parties' predecessors entered into an agreement for oil and gas transmissions from defendant's offshore platform to plaintiff's pipeline for separation and delivery to a third-party purchaser. 

The plaintiff alleges that the defendant failed to pay invoices. The suit states the plaintiff filed a lien and now sues to enforce its lien in the amount of $74,423.05. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but less than $200,000 and all other relief to which plaintiff is entitled. It is represented by Armando Cordova and Gregory Rincon of Rincon Law Firm PLLC in Pearland.
