Wolfe's Carpet, Tile and Remodeling alleges it is owed more than $140,000 for work

Late 03

HOUSTON – A restoration company alleges it was not paid for work done to repair Hurricane Harvey damages on a Houston home.

Wolfe's Carpet, Tile and Remodeling LLC filed a complaint on May 24 in the Harris County District Court against Aaron Robertson and Kawana Robertson alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between November 2017 and February 2018, the plaintiff performed work on defendants' property to repair damages from flooding due to Hurricane Harvey. The cost of the repairs totaled $149,808.92, the suit states.

The plaintiff holds Aaron Robertson and Kawana Robertson responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to pay any portion of the amount herein mentioned.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but less than $200,000 and such other and further relief to which plaintiff is justly entitled. It is represented by Craig Welscher and Nicholas Martinez of The Welscher Martinez Law Firm in Houston.
