HOUSTON – A man injured while working at a Harris County apartment alleges an unsafe work environment caused his injuries.

Cesar Rolando Gramajo filed a complaint on June 11 in the Harris County District Court against Indus Administrative Services LLC, Cambridge Crossing Apartments and BBK Apartments LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 8, he was injured while working at defendants' Cambridge Apartment at 9903 S. Dairy Ashford Road when he fell from the ladder to the ground. He alleges he suffered injuries resulting in life-care expenses, loss of earning capacity and household use, pain and suffering, mental anguish and emotional distress as a result of the fall.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to enforce effective safety programs, instructions, training and supervision and provide him with a safe work place.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but not more than $200,000 and all other relief to which he is entitled. He is represented by J. Moses Cedillos of Cedillos Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
