HOUSTON – A woman alleges she was injured at Hobby Airport when she was struck by an electrical car transporting passengers.

Annette Miller filed a complaint on June 25 in the Harris County District Court against Gateway Frontline Services Inc. alleging negligent entrustment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 23, 2017, she was injured when she was struck by defendant's electrical car, which was transporting passengers through Hobby Airport. She alleges she sustained injuries resulting in pain, mental anguish, medical expenses, loss of income and loss of enjoyment of life as a result.

The plaintiff holds Gateway Frontline Services Inc. responsible because the defendant's employee/driver failed to control the electrical cart's speed, failed to pay attention and failed to timely apply brakes.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of no less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which she may be entitled. She is represented by Hector G. Longoria of Longoria Law Firm in Houston.
