HOUSTON – A Mexican eatery is implicated in a lawsuit filed over a recent two-vehicle accident, recent Harris County District Court records show.

Christena Adams filed the suit against Casual Dining, Inc., doing business as Guadalajara Hacienda, on June 28 in the Harris County 11th District Court.

According to Adams, the defendant served alcohol to Christine Urdialez prior to the May 22 collision between the women. The plaintiff says that Urdialez, who is not a party in the litigation, collided with her “suddenly and without warning.”

Urdialez was reportedly driving with a passenger under 15 years of age.

Consequently, Adams seeks unspecified monetary damages.

She is represented by Angela D. Johnson of The A.D. Johnson Law Firm, PLLC in Channelview.
