HOUSTON – A Harris County couple has filed a lawsuit after the wife allegedly sustained injuries while undergoing a body wax.
The anonymous couple is suing Carr-Lett Kirlice Verleen, doing business as Simply Smooth, for lacerating Jane Doe’s private parts.
Court documents claim the defendant knew that the services she would provide were unsafe, but failed to disclose that information to the female plaintiff.
Consequently, the complainants seek unspecified monetary damages.
They are represented by Joseph K. Jones of Houston.
