HOUSTON – A dentist has filed a lawsuit against a clinic where he was working at over a slip and fall he allegedly experienced earlier this year, recent Harris County District Court records show.

Monte Miller’s suit, which was filed on July 25 in the Harris County 152nd District Court, asserts that Miller slipped and fell on a tile floor in the kitchen at Nhan Hien Dentistry, P.A.’s premises last Mar. 10.

The floor was reportedly slick because of water or another foreign substance.

“There were no wet floor signs or other warnings in place to warn the plaintiff of the dangerous condition,” the suit says.

Miller adds that he broke his left hip and required emergency surgery.

Consequently, he seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Kenneth R. Baird of The Baird Law Firm in Houston is representing the complainant.
