HOUSTON – A Houston man blames an on the job knee injury on Paveco Asphalt Paving & Construction, LLC.

In a personal injury lawsuit filed against the company on July 25 in the Harris County 55th District Court, Antonio Robles lays responsibility for the Apr. 12 incident on an employee of the defendant.

Robles explains that he was scraping out the bed of his dump truck when the unidentified worker struck the open gate of his vehicle with a bobcat or a similar piece of equipment.

The impact pinned the complainant between the gate and the bed, causing him to suffer a torn meniscus in his right knee, court papers state.

Consequently, Robles seeks unspecified monetary damages.

He is represented by Terry Bryant and Gregg Anderson of Houston.
