Lawsuits

HOUSTON – An alleged robbery at a gas station last April is the subject of a Harris County man’s lawsuit.

Cameron Walker claims in the suit filed against 7401 Cullen, LLC on July 26 in the Harris County 113th District Court that he was robbed and shot by an assailant at the Shell station located at 7401 Cullen Blvd. on Apr. 3.

The incident left Walker paralyzed from the waist down, according to recent court documents.

He faults the business for failing to take safety precautions ahead of the robbery.

Consequently, Walker seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
