HOUSTON – IME Audio and Video, LLC seeks the repayment of approximately $25,000 for installation services from a local man, recent Harris County District Court records show.

The business filed a lawsuit against Glen Gonzalez on Aug. 2 in the Harris County 125th District Court, alleging the defendant owes an outstanding balance of $24,758.

Gonzalez hired the plaintiff to perform work “in connection with a major remodel and addition to his residence.”

The work included, but was not limited to, installing audio video equipment, home security system, and network equipment, the suit says.

It adds that the respondent failed to pay an invoice in the amount of $15,379.30 and another for $9,378.70, both combining for the figure in question.

Gregory M. Cokinos of the law firm Cokinos Young in Houston is representing IME.
