GALVESTON – A Houston company alleges it was not paid for work performed at a Friendswood property.
Ace Parking Lot Maintenance filed a complaint on Aug. 7 in the Galveston County District Court against Revitalize Maintenance LLC and 400 W. Parkwood LTD alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in October 2017, it and Revitalize entered into a contract to provide parking lot maintenance at 400 W. Parkwood LTD's property in Friendswood. It alleges Revitalize has failed to pay for services rendered and it is owed $16,700.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of less than $100,000 and other non-monetary relief. It is represented by Roderick D. Rodgers in Houston.
