HOUSTON – A woman alleges she was injured at a Harris County apartment because of the dangerous condition of the floor.

Julia Iffla filed a complaint on Aug. 14 in the Harris County District Court against Stablechase Management LLC, doing business as The Club at Stablechase, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 12, she was walking at defendant's premises at 13504 Schroeder Road, Apartment 1308 when the floor underneath her subsided. She alleges she suffered injuries to her head, back, neck, wrist, arm and hip as a result.

The plaintiff holds Stablechase Management LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain the premises and failed to inform her of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and all other relief to which she is entitled. She is represented by John Arthur Daspit and Mohammad Abdel-Rahman of Daspit Law Firm in Houston.
