Jose Gonzalez filed a complaint on Aug. 23 in the Harris County District Court against Fogo De Chao Churrascaria (Houston) LLC and Fogo De Chao Holdings Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 19, 2017, he was injured at defendant's Fogo De Chao restaurant when he fell on a wet and slippery floor.
