HOUSTON – A Brazoria County man alleges he was assaulted by two individuals while he was waiting to have his vehicle serviced.

Steven Grady filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the Harris County Circuit Court against Christopher Joseph Hutcheson, Masoud Manoochehri and Auto Max alleging assault and/or battery.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 28, 2017, he was a customer at Auto Max when he was assaulted and battered by defendants Hutcheson and Manoochehri. He alleges he suffered physical and mental pain and suffering, lost wages, disfigurement and medical expenses as a result of the event.

The plaintiff holds Hutcheson, Manoochehri and Auto Max responsible because the defendants Hutcheson and Manoochehri intentionally made contact with his person that caused him bodily injury.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which he may be justly entitled. He is represented by Eric D. Nielsen of The Nielsen Law Firm PC in Houston.
