Lawsuits

HOUSTON – A Harris County entrepreneur has pursued legal action over a huge batch of clothing he ordered that purportedly turned out defective.

Mohammed El-Agha’s lawsuit, which was filed on Aug. 30 in the Harris County 55th District Court, claims the 34,000 t-shirts El-Agha purchased from Globaltex, LLC for $16,758 “were non-conforming goods.”

Shipped from Seattle to Dubai, the shirts reportedly “had holes and rips” in them. The plaintiff says he timely rejected the shirts and provided the defendant, also known as Worldwise Textiles, written notice.

Consequently, El-Agha seeks $20,250 in damages.

He is represented by Christopher M. Cammack of Houston.
