HOUSTON – A Houston company alleges it is still owed thousands from two individuals for services it provided on their home.
Raffa Design Associates Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 5 in the Harris County District Court against John Sarpy and Nikki Sarpy alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in March 2017, it provided interior design work, furniture, rugs and other furnishings to the defendants' residence in Houston for $325,593.86. After all proper credits for payments, the plaintiff alleges the amount of $25,593.86 remains due and owing.
The plaintiff holds John Sarpy and Nikki Sarpy responsible because despite demand for payments, the defendants allegedly have failed and refused to pay the account balance.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but not more than $200,000 and such other and further relief to which it is justly entitled. It is represented by G. Scott Fiddler and Andrew W. Reed of Fiddler & Associates PC in Houston.
