HOUSTON – A local woman lists Razzoos L.P. and Superclean Service Co. Inc. in a slip and fall lawsuit.
In the suit filed on Sept. 13 in the Harris County 164th District Court, Valencia Maxie says an “unknown” greasy substance caused her to fall and sustain injuries at Razzoos Cajun Cafe located at 12770 Southwest Fwy. in Stafford two years ago.
Maxie was reportedly being escorted to her table by a host at the time of the subject incident.
Consequently, she seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
