HOUSTON – An ex-employee of Tenaris Coiled Tubes, LLC is suing the local manufacturer to recover what he says are unpaid expense reimbursements.

In a lawsuit filed on Sept. 19 in the Harris County 334th District Court, Carlos Foinquinos claims the business owes him $23,194.83 for covering food, entertainment, and traveling expenditures.

The plaintiff asserts that he and the defendant entered into an agreement in which the latter would reimburse him “for expenses he paid for related to (Tenaris’s) business and its clients.”

Tenaris terminated Foinquinos in November 2016, but “has failed and refused to pay the just amount owed,” the original petition says.

Andrew E. Lemanski of the law firm Andrew E. Lemanski & Associates in Houston is representing the complainant.
