HOUSTON – A local swimming pool contractor is accused by a client of performing poor work that caused damaged to his residence.

In his lawsuit against Aqua Blue Custom Pools, LLC filed on Sept. 28 in the Harris County 333rd District Court, Farzad Soleimani says that he noticed defects in the construction of a pool and deck at his home after he paid the defendant in pull.

Soleimani informed the business about the problems and demanded they be addressed, but the defendant “failed to do this,” court papers say.

The plaintiff was reportedly prompted to hire a third party to make the repairs.

Consequently, he seeks more than $60,000 in damages.

Richard A. Fulton of the law firm Coats Rose, P.C. in Houston is representing Soleimani.
