India Zeno, individually and as personal representative of the estate of Delana Lashel Kittling, et al. filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the Jefferson County District Court against the city of Beaumont, Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas, et al. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Aug. 13, 2016, plaintiffs' decedent, Delana Lashel Kittling, was experiencing shortness of breath when family member called 911.
